What will be deleted
- Your profile (name, email, phone, profile photo)
- Course enrollments, lesson progress, and completed lessons
- Quiz responses, scores, and task submissions
- Certificates issued to your account
- Chat messages you sent in live events
- Your Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push-notification token
What is retained
- Payment and transaction records are retained only for the period required by tax and accounting law, after which they are also purged. These records do not include card or banking details.
Timeline
Your account and personal data will be removed within 30 days of this request. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
